When can you return products?
You can return items at any time within fifteen (15) days of receipt of products and receive an exchange or refund. We will not refund postage if postage was paid.
Please fill out and include the Returns Form when you send your products.
We do not accept the return or exchange of any sale items.

Condition of returned products
We can only accept products that is unused, unwashed and in its original condition and labels intact and still attached.
We will happily exchange or refund products that has been purchased online and returned to us in this condition.
Returned items not received in their original state will automatically be returned to the customer. Comet Battery Services reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition.
You can exchange the items by sending it back to us via registered post or courier with the completed Returns Form. We will exchange it for you and promptly send it back to you or provide you with a refund.
Faulty/damaged merchandise
We want you to be completely happy with your online and in store purchases.
If you are not happy with the products that has been sent to you because you believe it is faulty or was damaged in transit, please let us know in writing quoting your Order Number, within fifteen (15) days of receipt.
If you do not let us know within this fifteen (15) days period, we will take this to mean that you are happy with your order and that your products is satisfactory.
We will not accept any claims for fault or damage after the expiry of fifteen (15) days days.
If we agree that products is either faulty or has been damaged in transit, we will refund any payment made by you.
We may opt to replace faulty or damaged products or issue a refund in exchange for faulty or damaged merchandise.
If we agree that products is faulty or damaged, our liability is limited to a refund of the purchase price or replacement of the merchandise.
Postage and handling costs
You are responsible for payment of delivery charges incurred in returning products to us (including faulty and damaged merchandise).
We recommend that you return items by registered post or courier to ensure it is received by us. Any items returned to us by post or courier must be packaged appropriately.
We are not responsible for items that is lost in transit.
